THE MAGIC OF MINDFULNESS...

"I was aware when I was a little girl that I saw the world differently, nothing was black and white, I believed there was magic…

I was always asking questions about everything in life but never got any answers. I had an interest in people, somehow knowing their thoughts and feelings. I was called a witch by my mother as I could predict things that were going to happen.

 

Growing up, I always had my head in a book, searching for knowledge, this has continued throughout my life. I’ve read hundreds of self-help books! I was never encouraged by my mother plus my father was estranged for many years, which led me to search for encouragement and attention.


This ended up being the wrong attention from the wrong people. It was a painful, traumatic, distressing and challenging time.

Thankfully from a young age I always had inner strength, I was able to turn every negative situation and emotion into a positive, building up a resilient mindset. I have a unique ability to be able to look at my experiences and be accepting and thankful for them. I have used my setbacks as opportunities to grow, always stepping out of my comfort zone as I believe it's where the magic happens!

Always having an awareness and a spiritual approach to life. I realise that whatever the circumstances, I have had the right people around me at the right time which I am eternally grateful for.

Acknowledging part of my journey includes learning and practising mindfulness which has heightened my self - awareness. This empowers me to maintain a balance in my life.

Recognizing that I am on a life- long mission to heal people, I am training to become a Belief Coding®️ facilitator. The methodology enables me to help heal other people’s traumas while changing their limiting beliefs into positive ones. This allows each individual to become empowered on their own healing journey emotionally, physically and mentally.  

 

I am now at this point in my life where I am fully aware of what self-love and self-respect is. I am able to encourage and support others to find their own magic and to be their own best friend. This has inspired me to run these sessions.

I really look forward to meeting you in our mindfulness sessions.
